I’ve just placed an order with Harriet for a floral bouquet (new baby) to be delivered tomorrow.

It was a delight speaking to Harriet - she was so friendly and happy (I would probably be too if I was surrounded by the beauty of flowers

every day, but then I expect you get used to them).
